With more than 25 years of work in the non-profit sector, Jon brings knowledge and experience in managing development departments in both Canada and the U.S. Jon’s work has ranged from larger organizations to one person start-ups, and so he understands both the challenges of leading significant teams and of having sole responsibility within an organization. He has focused on communications, stakeholder relations, major gift work, and board governance. Jon understands system processes and protocols and has experience in the details and the big picture.

Her degree in non-profit management and more than 25 years of industry-specific experience allow her to keep bigger picture concerns in mind, as her skills also keep your details on track.
Stephanie creates compelling materials through interviews and writing that capture the heart of your message, editing that shapes and sharpens, and graphic design that brings your message to life and motivates responses. She has worked extensively with community-based, faith-based, humanitarian, and higher education organizations. She holds a BA in English Literature and an MSc in Nonprofit Management.
