I’ve been fortunate to be coached by Jon. I am an Executive Director at a social services agency and Jon helped me sort out my busy work schedule and prioritize important tasks. He’s guided me in learning how to delegate effectively and utilize the people around me, which has freed up so much of my time!

In just a few sessions, with Jon’s help I have gained new insights about myself, honed in on my reservations about the new role, found new sources of curiosity about the new role and its possibilities, and begun to really see myself in that role. Jon is an artful coach. He is compassionate, gives space for the coaching client to think about the issues in ways that they haven’t thought of… and just at the right moment, he’ll ask that tough question that has a profound impact. One of the best coaching sessions I’ve experienced.
